14-day refund window on every charge
Every charge — whether it's your first month, a monthly renewal, or an annual prepayment — comes with a 14-day refund window. If you ask within 14 days of the charge, we refund it in full, no questions asked. Email us at [email protected] from the address on your account.
After day 14 of a charge:
- Monthly subscriptions cancel at period end. You keep access until the month you've already paid for runs out. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after day 14. The annual plan is charged in full at checkout and runs for 12 months. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time, but cancelling does not refund the months you've already paid for past the 14-day window.
- If we're at fault, we refund. If a workspace stays unreachable for more than 24 consecutive hours because of an issue on our side (hardware, network, software bug), and you tell us during the affected period, we credit your next invoice for the affected days (up to the value of your current billing period).
What doesn't qualify for refund
- Downtime caused by your code (an agent loop that crashes the workspace, hits the egress firewall, OOM-kills itself, etc.).
- Downtime caused by third-party services your agent depends on (an upstream API outage, your model provider going down).
- Suspensions under section 4 of our terms.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Include:
- The subscription ID (visible in Settings → Billing).
- For outage credits: the dates of the outage or issue and a short description of what happened.
We respond within 3 business days.
Common questions
How long does a refund take to appear?
Once we approve it, Polar — our payment processor — issues the refund to your original payment method. It usually lands on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Do I keep access after a refund?
No. A refunded subscription is cancelled, and the workspace and its agent are torn down. Export anything you want to keep before you request the refund.
How do I cancel without asking for a refund?
Cancel auto-renewal any time from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing further is charged.
Chargebacks
We strongly prefer that you email us before filing a chargeback. A chargeback that we successfully dispute typically results in your account being terminated under section 9 of our terms.
